In 2012, Vivus launched Qsymia®, a new obesity drug. Key to the success of the launch was a well-trained sales force. Working in concert with Long Associates, Creative Perspectives produced a course of online training modules designed to support the launch. The comprehensive training program covered product specifics as well health issues ranging from diabetes to heart disease.
The suite of online learning modules included interactive exercises and learning tools - including a BMI calculator.
Throughout each module, illustrations and graphics helped reinforce learning through visualization.
Learning modules – such as this one on diabetes – incorporated animations to aid in comprehension.
Each module featured a glossary and key “priority” terms were activated as hot links for definitions.
The program is hosted on Creative Perspectives’ Learning Resource Center™ – allowing learners to access training content and training managers instant access to test scores and team reports.
The final exam for the program is available by iPad or desktop browsers.
